Scrapbook Administrator Information

• Actual size of picture/clipping maxium = 900px wide
• Actual size ofpicture/clipping maxium = any height
• Senior Picture and/or Category Picture = Senior Picture= 360px W x 364px H
• Note: pictures/clippings display larger online at 100% browser display settng. Also, users can set their browser to 90% or less for a smaller browser display or 125% or more for a larger display setting.
• However, try to keep the picture/clipping as small as possible and still readable due to usage of disc space.
• Supports JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF images.
• Script will be provded and installed for the Scrapbook Administrator to use on CpphsaWeb-Org.net or you can create the scrapbook on a site of your own and send the link to CpphsaWeb-Org and it will be linked to on the Scrapbook Menu.

Scrapbook Admnistrator Responsibility

• Request clippings from CpphsaWeb-Org Director.
• Prepare for display all clippings, photos, and other materials.
• If necessary, take appropriate pictures for display.
• Upload display items to correct directores.
• Make corrections to data, pictures, clippings, etc, when necessary.
• Repair files or update them when necessary.
• Keep ID/Password to Administration file secure and private.
• Remind CpphsaWeb-Org Director to make backups of Scrapbook.
• Keep a copy of Scrapbook offline [grandfathered versions].
• Post source on image and if it is a reprint include the date, author, source
• Post Corning Leader Reprint notice link on Scrapbook if the Scrapbook is on a site other than CpphsaWeb-Org.net
• Request and get trained in doing a scrapbook online or self-teach such.
